Buy a Property

Buying a property can be a complicated matter. There are your must-haves, your deal-breakers, and your I-don’t-cares, and they are all equally important. I encourage you to make a list of each category, and definitely include these:

LOCATION - condos are everywhere, so pick an area. If you’re looking for freehold, you may be more limited by budget than location. Click on the button to explore the market.

BUDGET - use a mortgage broker to get a preapproval. It’s a rate hold for 120 days, usually, as well as an accurate budget for your purchase. This is the most important step after speaking with me. Click on the button for my Mortgage Resources page.

STYLE & SIZE - number of bedrooms, bathroooms, square footage, parking, pool, yard, condo (townhouse, high-rise, low-rise, etc), freehold (semi-detached, detached, row, bungalow, etc), and anything you can think of that you want or don’t want in your new home.
